Jamie Graff
Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Graff serves as our Chief Executive Officer. Jamie brings 27 years of investment and merchant banking experience at Raymond James, Robertson Ste...phens, and Merrill Lynch, executing over $150 billion and 800 transactions, including all capital raising and advisory transactions for IQHQ and BioMed Realty Trust until its privatization. Jamie is a member of YPO and a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the wrestling team.
Preston Puryear
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Preston Puryear serves as our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, bringing 18 years of experience in real estate investment banking f...rom Raymond James. There, he advised on a broad range of public and private capital markets transactions for publicly traded REITs and private companies, including all capital raises and advisory assignments for IQHQ. A graduate of Amherst College, where he played football, Preston remains actively engaged in his community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, whether traveling or pursuing outdoor activities together.
TJ Silvey
Chief Investment Officer
TJ Silvey serves as our Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining IQHQ, TJ spent his career in real estate investment banking, advising public and pr...ivate clients on M&A and capital raising transactions totaling over $20 billion, including all capital raises and advisory mandates for IQHQ since inception. TJ graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in economics. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and dog, Bleecker, and is an avid golfer and hockey player.
Chris Brewer
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Chris Brewer serves as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to IQHQ, Chris was a transactional attorney with Gardner Brewer Hudson,... P.A. and Foley & Lardner LLP, focusing on complex real estate development, leasing, finance, and corporate transactions. He has over 28 years of commercial real estate and related legal experience. Chris graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law and earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Emory University. Chris is an avid traveler, weekend warrior mountaineer, and endurance athlete, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their yellow Labrador retriever, Charlie.
